Where they started

Ronet began at zero. Not low visibility — none. For a computer repair and IT business in Las Vegas, that means every customer arrives through referral or chance, and there is no compounding asset underneath the business. Starting from nothing is in some ways easier than recovering from a penalty or a bad migration, because there is nothing to undo.

What we changed

Foundations, in order. Google Business Profile optimization first, because for a local service business that profile is the highest-leverage surface available. Then on-site keyword targeting against the services people actually search for, and a local content strategy to support it. No shortcuts, and nothing that would need unwinding later.

What happened

Within three months, from a January 2026 start, Ronet went from 0 to more than 16 ranking keywords, with growth across both the top-3 and positions 4 through 10. The absolute numbers are smaller than the other case studies here, and deliberately so — this is what the first quarter of a properly built local SEO engagement looks like before compounding takes over.
