The Problem

Your GBP is set up. It's not optimized. Those are not the same thing.

A set-up Google Business Profile gets you on the map. An optimized GBP gets you in the Map Pack. Most Las Vegas service businesses sit in the first camp — correct address, a few photos, one review a quarter — and wonder why the phone doesn't ring.

Google ranks the Map Pack on three things: relevance, distance, and prominence. Prominence is where most businesses lose. It's built from review velocity, review sentiment, weekly posting activity, photo uploads, Q&A engagement, and click-through behavior. Every week your profile sits idle, a competitor's profile earns the slot you should be in.

We manage Google Business Profile as an active publishing channel, not a static listing. Weekly posts, automated review requests, Q&A population, photo cadence, category tuning, service list maintenance, and monthly performance reporting — the exact behavioral signals Google's local algorithm rewards.

  • ×
Your GBP has the wrong primary category — or no secondary categories at all.
  • ×
You post less than once a month (or never). Competitors post 2-4 times per week.
  • ×
You have fewer than 50 reviews. Top-ranked competitors have 200+ with recent velocity.
  • ×
Your Q&A section is empty — a free real estate giveaway Google loves to surface.
  • ×
    You've never uploaded a geo-tagged job-site photo. That's a proximity signal you're missing.

The Solution

Turn your GBP into a weekly-updated lead engine — the way the algorithm expects.

We start by auditing every field: primary category, up to 9 secondary categories, service list, attributes, hours, holiday hours, business description, and photo library. Then we build a 90-day posting calendar with offer posts, update posts, and event posts — each one tagged to a local landmark or neighborhood and each one ending with a hard CTA.

Review velocity is the second pillar. We wire your job-closed workflow to an automated review request system (text + email, customizable cadence) and build unique, keyword-rich response templates for every review — the kind AI engines now read when deciding who to recommend. Every response references the service performed and the neighborhood it happened in. Google rewards it. ChatGPT and Perplexity read it.

Third, we populate the Q&A section with the real questions your future customers are asking — from competitor FAQ extraction, from Google's People Also Ask, and from your own call logs. Fourth, we feed the profile with photos: before/after, job sites, team, inside-the-van. Fifth, we measure in a geo-grid around your address monthly and report on the number that matters — calls from GBP and direction requests.

This is the same system that moved Baja Glass and Mirror from 1 top-3 Map Pack placement to 14. Same categories, same posting cadence, same review velocity plan. It compounds.

Everything In The Engagement

Full GBP Audit + Category Tune

Primary + 9 secondary categories selected for rank, not vanity. Service list maintained, attributes set, description keyword-tuned.

Weekly Posting (2-4 per week)

Offer posts, update posts, event posts — each tagged to a Las Vegas landmark or ZIP, each with a hard CTA. Published to your GBP every week.

Automated Review Request Engine

Text + email review requests triggered by job close. Cadence tuned for your service cycle. Anti-jail rules enforced — no bulk, no incentives.

Unique Review Response Templates

Every review gets a custom response referencing the service performed and the neighborhood it happened in. Keyword-rich, human-sounding, AI-citation-ready.

Q&A Population

We seed the Q&A section with the 15-20 real questions your customers ask. Each answer is keyword-optimized and ready to surface in Map Pack results.

Photo Strategy + Uploads

Monthly photo uploads: job sites, before/after, team, inside-the-van. Geo-tagged where possible. A proximity signal most competitors skip.

Products + Services Population

Every service you offer listed with description, price range, and photo. Google surfaces these in Ask Maps and Map Pack expansions.

Monthly Geo-Grid Rank Report

Local Falcon geo-grid scan around your address — you see Share of Local Voice (SoLV) per ZIP, not just one spot on the map.

GBP Behavioral Dashboard

Calls, direction requests, website clicks, messages, photo views — tracked weekly so we know what's compounding and what's flat.

FAQ

Google Business Profile Optimization & Management FAQ

I already have a Google Business Profile. Do I need a new one?

Almost never, and creating one is usually a mistake. We work with your existing profile — optimizing categories, description, services, photos, posts and reviews. Creating a second profile for the same business is one of the fastest ways to trigger a Google Business Profile suspension, and suspensions are not a theoretical risk. They pull your listing out of the Map Pack entirely while you appeal, which can run for weeks. During that window you are invisible for exactly the searches that produce calls. There is a second cost people miss: your existing profile carries review history, photo history, and whatever local ranking signal it has accumulated over the years. A new profile starts at zero and inherits none of it, so even a successful switch sets you back months. The only cases where a new profile is genuinely right involve a change of legal entity or a real move, and we would tell you if that applied.

How often will you post?

Two to four posts per week — the cadence that actually moves Map Pack rank. Less than once a week reads as inactive and does nothing for you. More than four is noise: it does not compound, and it consumes time better spent on reviews and photos. So we land in the sweet spot and hold it, because consistency across months is what produces the effect, not a burst of activity followed by silence. Every post is documented in your monthly report with the date it went live, so you can verify the cadence rather than take our word for it. The posts themselves are not filler. They reference the neighborhoods and landmarks your customers actually search near, carry a clear call to action, and are written per location rather than copy-pasted between them — Google detects duplicated location content and demotes it.

Do you generate fake reviews?

No, and we would decline the work if you asked us to. Fake reviews get profiles suspended — not in theory, in practice — and detection has gotten considerably better at spotting the patterns: clusters from accounts with no other activity, bursts that do not match your actual job volume, and language that reads like it came from one author. What we build instead is an organic review engine. Requests go out automatically, timed to the moment a job closes and the customer is happiest. Friction is removed from their side, because most people who intend to leave a review never do — they simply do not get around to it. Response templates keep every review answered, which signals activity to Google and shows prospects how you handle problems. Every review we generate comes from a real customer who did real business with you.

What if I get a bad review?

Bad reviews happen to every business doing real volume, and a profile with nothing but five stars reads as suspicious rather than excellent. We respond within 24 hours with a professional, keyword-rich reply that acknowledges the issue, states what was done to resolve it, and reinforces how you operate. The response is not really written for the reviewer. It is written for the next prospect reading the thread, who is deciding whether a problem with your business gets handled or ignored. Done well, a bad review with a good response builds more trust than the absence of one. What we do not do is argue, disclose customer details, or demand removal of a legitimate complaint — all three make it worse, and all three are visible to everyone. Genuinely fake or extortion reviews are a separate matter and go through Google's removal process. See our guide to maintaining GBP year-round.

Can you manage GBP for multiple locations?

Yes. We manage multi-location profiles with unique content, unique review responses, and unique photo libraries per location. No copy-paste between locations — Google detects and demotes that.

What's the fastest I can see results?

Google Business Profile is one of the fastest levers in local search. Clients often see Map Pack movement in three to six weeks, provided the profile has the baseline trust Google expects: roughly ten or more real reviews, correct primary and secondary categories, and a verified address or service area. If those are missing, the first few weeks go into building them and movement starts later. Fully compounding results — the kind that hold across the whole grid rather than just near your address — land in 90 to 120 days. GBP moves faster than the rest of local SEO because you control most of the inputs directly. Categories, services, hours, photos and posts are fields you own, so correcting them produces a response quickly. Content and authority work depends on how the rest of the web reacts, which necessarily takes longer.

Do you integrate this with broader local SEO?

Yes — and that's where the biggest lifts come from. GBP optimization runs independently, but paired with our full Local SEO engagement (schema, content, citations, AI optimization), the compounding is significantly stronger.

Your GBP is the lowest-hanging Map Pack fruit. Let's pick it.
